Thank You, Xplore: JEI Tech’s New Chapter in Seamless Internet Solutions

JEI Tech is excited to move forward with an ISP-agnostic approach allowing us to offer our seamless internet solutions. Since JEI Tech is now registered with the CRCT as an internet reseller we are able to provide seamless internet solutions to our customers. Moving forward, JEI Tech will offer our customers with the best options available to them including our own fiber based technologies. 

JEI Tech would like to extend our thanks to Xplore for the past 18 years of partnership and business we have accomplished together. As of September 16th, 2024, JEI Tech will cease to be an Xplore dealer. JEI Tech has always been a Managed Technology Solutions Provider first. As Xplore focuses on their customers and JEI Tech on ours, our paths have naturally diverged. 

We have also recently added Network Director to our lineup. The Network Director appliance, using SD-WAN technology, allows us to use multiple internet providers for seamless failover to increase uptime, availability, stability, and clarity on your internet connections or to bond multiple connections for better total bandwidth. 

In today’s internet-based business environment with cloud computing, internet-based phones, and web-based payments, internet availability has never been more critical for our customers.

JEI Tech is proud to offer solutions like Managed Starlink, Wireless Fiber, or 5G outdoor antennas for the best internet connections wherever you are. If you have access to fiber or a similar service at your location, JEI Tech can work with your existing ISP to add our Network Director and one of these secondary services to ensure your calls never stop, your customers keep paying you, and your cloud-based computers stay connected as long as you have power.
