As of January 1st, 2024, JEI Tech has made the decision to discontinue the use of common remote support applications, such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Quick Assist, for accessing your computers. Instead, we will exclusively utilize our Remote Monitoring & Maintenance (RMM) tool, a highly secure and audited solution.
Our RMM tool provides several key advantages:

The RMM service starts at just $10 per month per computer, making it a cost-effective way to enhance your system’s security and performance.
In the event of an emergency that requires remote support, JEI Tech may need to use a third-party tool. In such cases, we will email you a link to download our RMM tool directly to your computer. Alternatively, you may contact Scott or John for verification at our official number: 403-603-3105.
Please note that our technicians will require you to hang up and call back before proceeding to prevent any potential number spoofing. Outbound number spoofing is a concern, but inbound calls to our official number are secure.
